Queensland Health's community health provides a range of services to people closer to home.
Some of these services include children's therapy services, pregnancy and postnatal care, rehabilitation and intervention services, and programs that focus on the long-term management of chronic disease.
Community Health: Child Health; Indigenous Health; Domiciliary Care; Health Promotion; School-Based Youth Health.
Allied Health Services (visiting): Dietetics, Occupational Therapy; Physiotherapy; Social Work; Speech Therapy; Podiatry; Dental.
HACC Services: Home Care; Meals on Wheels; Home Maintenance; Respite; Transport.
Other Aged Services: Aged Care Assessment Team; 60's and Better Programme; Home Respite; Community Aged Care Providers.
