Before we get started
These are few key things to remember:
- Listen to your body – while it’s great to push yourself to go that little bit faster or harder, make sure it’s not at the expense of your health.
- Don’t worry if you miss a workout – be flexible, have a back-up plan, and get back into it as soon as you can.
- Plan for your training – set aside time for your workouts, making sure you pick times that will work for you. The only right time for exercise is the one you do! If you have any health concerns or injuries, seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional, such as a GP or Accredited Exercise Physiologist.
