Apricot Lassi

Ingredients
- 2 cups canned apricot, with juice
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
- 1 cup low-fat vanilla yoghurt
- 6 ice cubes
Method
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor until foamy.
- Serve immediately.

Can be kept in refrigerator for up to 7 days.
