Cucumber and mint water
  • 1 jug plain water (approximately 1.5L), either tap or sparkling
  • ½ Lebanese cucumber
  • 1 handful of mint
  1. Pour water into jug
  2. Wash cucumber and mint
  3. Thinly slice cucumber (leaving skin on)
  4. Pick mint leaves off stems. Squeeze mint leaves in your hand to slightly crush
  5. Mix water, cucumber and mint together
  6. Add a handful of ice cubes
