Fruity Mix Toast Topper 0003
  • 1 slice wholegrain bread, toasted
  • 1 tablespoon reduced-fat ricotta or low-fat cottage cheese
  • ½ banana, sliced
  • 1 strawberry, hulled and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons blueberries
  1. Spread cottage cheese on toast.
  2. Top with banana, strawberry and blueberries.
  3. Serve immediately.

Alternatives

  • Add any other fruit in season, such as kiwifruit, plums, peaches, passionfruit and/or raspberries.

Storage Suggestions
