  1. Create pinwheels, sandwich fingers, open sandwiches, rolls, wraps using multi-grain bread, highfibre bread, rye bread, wholemeal wraps and tortillas.
  2. Keep wet ingredients like tomato, beetroot and cucumber in the middle of the sandwich to avoid the bread becoming soggy. Leaves, meat or cheese work well as the drier outside layer.
