Party Plates Fruit Cups

Serves: 150g per serve (amount of cups needed depends on number of guests, 1 cup per child).
All served in recyclable paper cups.

Use seasonal fruits as available – 150g per cup

  • strawberry and watermelon cup (0.5 serves of fruit)
  • banana and passionfruit cup (1.5 serves of fruit)
  • green grape and kiwi fruit cup (1 serve of fruit)
  • black grape and blueberry cup (1.5 serves of fruit)
  • white peach and lychee cup (1 serve of fruit)
  1. Wash fruit and chop into bite sized pieces.
  2. Arrange in cups based on same colour combinations.
  3. Serve immediately.
