Serves: 150g per serve (amount of cups needed depends on number of guests, 1 cup per child).
All served in recyclable paper cups.
Ingredients
Use seasonal fruits as available – 150g per cup
- strawberry and watermelon cup (0.5 serves of fruit)
- banana and passionfruit cup (1.5 serves of fruit)
- green grape and kiwi fruit cup (1 serve of fruit)
- black grape and blueberry cup (1.5 serves of fruit)
- white peach and lychee cup (1 serve of fruit)
Method
- Wash fruit and chop into bite sized pieces.
- Arrange in cups based on same colour combinations.
- Serve immediately.
