Rockmelon and kiwi iceblock
  • 6 ice block moulds
  • 50g chopped rockmelon (per ice block)
  • 1 kiwifruit (mashed or sliced, per ice block)
  • Orange and/or apple juice
  1. Put fruit in mould.
  2. Fill up the rest of the iceblock mould with juice.
  3. If you’re doing the two-tone blocks, fill 1/3 with one type of fruit, add juice and freeze.
  4. Will take approximately four hours to freeze.
  5. When frozen add the second fruit, fill to top with juice and freeze again.

Note: Amounts will vary depending on size of moulds.

Storage Suggestions

Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
