Summer Breeze Toast Topper 0001
  • 1 slice wholegrain bread, toasted
  • ¼ avocado, sliced
  • ½ medium tomato, sliced
  • ½ tablespoon basil leaves, roughly torn
  • freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  1. Spread avocado on toast.
  2. Top with tomato, basil and pepper.
