Super cool fruit popsicles - Healthier. Happier.

Fruit ice treat
  • 1 punnet strawberries, hulled and chopped
  • 2 kiwifruit, peeled and chopped
  • 1½ cups orange juice
  • 1 fresh mango, peeled and chopped or 425g can mango
  • 410g can apricots in syrup, drained and chopped

*You will need to use 6 disposable plastic cups and 6 popsicle sticks as the mould

 

  1. Drop strawberries and kiwifruit into each disposable cup.
  2. Pour orange juice over fruit, add a popsicle stick to each cup and freeze until set.
  3. Run under hot water to remove from the cup.

Or

  1. Puree mango in a blender and add orange juice.
  2. Divide apricots between plastic cups.
  3. Pour mango and orange juice over fruit, add a popsicle stick to each cup and freeze until set.
  4. Run under hot water to remove from the cup.

Storage Suggestions

Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
