Hand washing – it’s the easiest thing you can do.

Taking just 20 seconds, it’s one of the best ways to cut your food poisoning risk at home.

So wash your hands before and after handling food and after touching raw meat, seafood or egg.

Wash them front and back in warm soapy water for at least 20 seconds – then thoroughly dry them.

Oh, and remember to wash your hands before eating too.

Playing it safe with food only takes a few seconds.

It’s always worth it.
