What's the healthy way to stir fry with oil?


  1. Heat frypan.
  2. Measure 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and pour it into frypan.
  3. Tilt the frypan to evenly coat the base with oil.
  4. Drop cut vegetables into hot frypan.
  5. Stir with tongs, keep the veggies moving.
  6. Pour a little water into pan to speed up cooking process.
  7. Stir until cooked.
