We’ve teamed up with home-grown footy favourite, Scott Prince, to help show you and your teens how easy it is to cook up healthy snacks and meals for all the family at home.

Teens should be consuming a healthy, balanced diet every single day to contribute to optimum physical and mental development.

It is recommended that 12–18 year old boys consume 5 ½ serves of veggies each day and 12-18 year old girls consume 5 serves.

12 – 18 year old girls and boys are recommended to consume 3 ½ serves of milk, yoghurt, cheese and/or alternatives (mostly reduced fat) each day, to meet their calcium requirements.
