The Health & Fitness Age test is designed to give you an overall idea of your health and weight, and a general indicator of how lifestyle related factors may affect it. The test will also give you a general indicator of whether there’s more you can do to improve.
You will be asked to provide your first name, age, weight and height but will not be asked for any other identifying details.
This test is not intended to be a medical diagnostic tool, nor a substitute for professional medical advice.
Subscription Service
As part of the optional subscriber services on the Website, you can choose to receive email notifications which may include notifications of changes to the Website, new recipes or new exercises (“Email Notifications”).
